Healthy Typing Exercises to help reduce stress and tensions due to minor back aches

Back aches can be a major problem and a physician should be consulted. Minor, non-strenuous exercises may help relieve stress and tension.

The problem is compounded when you sit still and type for long periods of time.


Typing knee lift Knee Lift & Hug
  • Grasp one of your legs with both hands.
  • Pull your leg up to your chest.
  • Hug your leg for a count of five.
  • Repeat with opposite leg.
Touch Typing girl Backward Bends
  • Stretch the anterior trunk, hips and joints in the lower back.
  • Place your hands on your hips.
  • Slowly bend backwards.
  • Your stretch should not cause pain or discomfort.
  • Hold the stretch for 3 seconds.
  • Repeat five times.
